Sleep disorder is also known as Somnipathy. It is a medical disorder of sleeping patterns of the human being or animal. Polysomnography is the most common sleeping disorder among the human being. If a person is suffering from sleeping disorder with no obvious cause, that disorder is referred as insomnia.

Symptoms of Sleep Disorder:

  • Feeling sleepy during the day
  • Difficult to stay awake while watching television or reading
  • Feeling very tired while driving

  • Often get told by others that you look tired
  • Reacting slowly
  • Difficult to control emotions
  • Feel like you have to take a nap almost every day
  • Require caffeinated beverages to keep yourself going

Tips for Better Sleep:

  • Keep a regular sleep schedule
  • Set aside enough time for sleep
  • Make sure your bedroom is dark, cool, and quiet
  • Turn off your TV, smart phone, I-Pad, and computer
