Prostate Cancer is a category of cancer that affects men only. It develops in prostate gland in the male reproductive system. It may extend from prostate gland to other body parts. The size of the prostate varies with age.

Symptoms of prostate Cancer:

  • Tenderness
  • Trouble during urinating
  • Troubles during sexual contact
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Patient urinates more frequently
  • Hard to keep urinating once started
  • Blood in the urine
  • Ejaculation may be hurting
  • Difficult maintain erection

  • Low-fat
  • Similar to the traditional Japanese diet
