The word ‘Ayurveda’ means the knowledge for long life. It is the oldest method of medication and it is connected mainly with Hindus. Its most primitive concepts are set out in the hallowed writings called the Vedas, predominantly Atharavada.

According to Ayurveda the body comprises of three most important life humors. In Ayurvedic vocabulary they are called as doshas. The stability between these three doshas in the body is called health and disequilibrium is called as disease. It is scientifically proved that ayurveda can heal every type of disease from which the person is suffering. It may take some time but it gives best results and removes the disease from roots. In Ayurveda the methods of healing are based on easy and normal ideology. It teaches a very organized and controlled way of life which is vital to track both immensely and religiously.
