Arthritis

Arthritis (is made up of two words i.e. arthro {Greek} means joint and itis {Latin} means tenderness) is a type of disorder of joints which involves one or more joint tenderness. It affects the human system and mainly the joints. It is the reason of causing disability among the natives.

There are many types of arthritis but the most familiar type is osteoarthritis, it is a chronic joint syndrome and affects usually senior patients.

  2. Rheumatoid arthritis
  3. Infectious arthritis (septic arthritic)
  4. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA)

Symptoms of Arthritis:

  • Unable to walk or move hand
  • Losing weight
  • Fever
  • Tiredness
  • Pain or aches in muscle
  • Difficulty in moving joints

  • NSAIDs
  • Salicylates
  • Cox-2 inhibitors
  • Traditional NSAIDs
